Shipping Policy

We proudly offer fast and reliable nationwide delivery across South Africa via trusted logistics partners such as Aramex, PAXI (PEP), and The Courier Guy.

In-stock items: Delivered within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order or restocked items: Delivered within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking: A tracking number and delivery updates will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.
Delivery coverage: We ship to all cities, towns, and rural areas within South Africa.

Note: Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're unhappy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets our return conditions.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet our quality control standards.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email info@omarexmedia.com with your order number, name, and reason for return.
Our support team will respond with return instructions and the nearest return address or drop-off point.
Once received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval and refund status.

Important: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

To cancel, email info@omarexmedia.com immediately after placing your order.
If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued in line with our refund timeline.
Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
